Job Purpose/Objective:
Dr. Reddy’s is currently seeking a 2024 graduate to hire as an OTC Brand Marketing Intern. The internship will provide exposure to various functions within the OTC Marketing Department focusing on DRL owned brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will become an integral part of a brand marketing team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•The OTC Brand Marketing intern would be responsible for driving an OTC Personal Wellness Brand Strategy working with an existing brand or a new brand Dr. Reddy’s is potentially vetting. The project will include supporting the development of Omni channel marketing strategies to create consumer demand. Writing comprehensive marketing briefs that will help build a successful marketing initiative or campaign. Measuring and analyzing Omni channel campaign performance.
•Helping to gather consumer insights, data, research, category trends and best practices to input into strategic marketing plans.
•Analyzing the consumer journey and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience across DTC and e-com channels.
•Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications:
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Psychology or a related field.
•Strong communication skills.
•Must be a self-starter with strong initiative.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Proficient in social media marketing and targeting of audiences.
*Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote required)
