Brand Manager (Q-tips) – Elida Beauty at Unilever
Work Location – Lewisville, TX/Remote
Job Type- Full Time

Your Role & Key Responsibilities
The Brand Manager (Q-tips) will support the Q-tips Senior Brand Manager in creating and executing all marketing activities, operations, and innovation plans to drive growth for Q-tips. They must be versed in all areas of brand marketing: Brand, Operations, Innovation, Insights & Planning, and Media & Marketing Operations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Working with global and local experts in market research, media, and digital to build and execute the annual marketing calendar
  • Ensuring clear visual identity & optimization for Q-tips
  • Supporting Senior Brand Manager to drive business growth
  • Creating and driving marketing programs/campaigns across retail and ecommerce platforms
  • Focusing our brands through relevant touch points and grow relevant brands KPIs
  • Support ownership of the P&L and US innovation strategy
  • Analytics lead and ownership of brand and category reporting
  • Work closely with cross-functional team to develop and execute innovation
  • Traditional performance brand manager responsibilities (i.e. budget management, S&OP)
  • Demonstrates a strong growth and competitive mindset, along with willingness to “roll up sleeves”
  • Ability to think strategically and brings results in a fast-changing business environment
  • Self-starter who brings a collaborative approach to teamwork with experience in working on cross-functional team
Your Attributes
  • Experience in media management across platforms and from vendors and agency partners
  • The ability to effectively engage and interact with business unit, country, and area leadership teams and Company executives is required.
  • Must be versed in interpreting data to develop insights into ideas and ultimately campaigns; creates the strategy to engage consumers to turn those ideas into brand creation, expansion, and innovation to create an engaged and enduring relationship with our consumers
  • Must act as a champion of digital communication and media and proactively drive change in business practices.
  • Must be able to manage conflicting agendas and drive for objective, fact-based resolution of disputes.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred
  • Customer or sales related experience is valued
  • Understanding of digital, social and ecommerce landscapes
  • Clear demonstration of project management and leadership skills
  • Strong bias for action and accountability both for self and others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to dig into the details and a capacity for deriving insights to ultimately make recommendations for the business
  • Excellent communications skills in both 1:1 setting and public speaking
  • Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships both internal to Elida Beauty and externally with agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • A passion and dedication to staying culturally and socially connected
  • Bias for action and a strong ability to build ideas and make things happen

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
