Job Summary
Last year, we launched our new GE HealthCare brand.
Currently we are in the process of standing up a new Brand Governance Program and migrating our brand across all global brand touchpoints.
We need your help! We are looking for a Project Management Associate who can help us manage all of our brand migration project schedules, working with our agency partners and key internal stakeholders.
This position also includes working with our sourcing team to drive all projects through our procurement system including but not limited to statement of work development and invoicing in support of our brand governance and migration efforts.
Job Description
Under the direction of the Brand Operations Manager, you will be responsible for development of our brand governance/migration project tracker, our monthly dashboards, and will help to prepare content for our key stakeholder report outs.
You will work closely with our brand migration and governance workstreams to make sure they are meeting specific deadlines and key milestones based on requirements set forth in our Trademark Licensing Agreement (TMLA.)
In support of the GE HealthCare team, its agency partners, and key stakeholders, you will assist the team in helping to support our brand migration activities as needed.
Additionally, you will assist the team in working closely with the sourcing team in our procurement system to help process statement of work and invoicing. You will help the team as we develop and deliver customizable tools and new processes to drive operational
efficiencies through standardization and centralization.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) in project management, business, brand, marketing, or related field
- Project Management Certification preferred (CAPM or PMP)
- Demonstrated prior project management expertise
- Expert in Smartsheet with the ability to prepare detailed project management production schedules and weekly and monthly dashboards
- Coupa procurement system expertise, statement of work, and invoicing (systems can be taught – proficiency is a must)
