Brand Manager

Looking for a Brand Manager / Marketing Specialist for an in-house marketing department in the dental industry.

We are looking for an employee that can fill the role of creating and managing an influencer/affiliate program, be TikTok and social media marketing savvy, assist with content direction and creation, assist with SEO and Paid Ad strategies, and be an expert selling through Amazon. • Influencer and affiliate program development and management
• Skills with developing E-Commerce growth strategies, SEO, improving web traffic, growing online sales, and using analytics to develop and manager promotional campaigns and build content.
• Assist in defining and execution of go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for existing products and new feature launches.
• Includes external marketing and distribution partner communications, competitive analysis, event support and participation.
• Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at acquiring and increasing our engagement with customers and distributors.
• Determine return on investment and campaign success for projects.
• Use quantitative methods, models, and research to help better understand the market behavior to provide important feedback into the product and strategic development cycle.
• Participate in tradeshows, training, and other events as needed. Travel may be required.
• Develop and drive successful launch of new and existing products and programs to build a growing revenue stream for the company.
• Help manage deployment, budget, and effectiveness of paid ads (Google, Meta, etc)
• Manage social media, e-commerce, and Amazon Sites.
• Back up other team members as an alternate resource when needed.

Requirements

• Creative thinker
• Self-motivated
• BA/BS in marketing, business, finance, or related experience
• Prior dental knowledge or industry experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
