SalarySquarespace is seeking a Media Strategist to join our Brand Investment team and elevate our presence across our global brand campaigns. We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and creative marketer.
You have had exposure to campaign management in either an in-house or agency position, with hands-on experience buying and executing media. You will also be focused on assisting with custom brand partnerships in collaboration with our GTM team.

This role is based in our headquarters, will work hybrid in our New York City office and reports to the Media & Acquisition Team Lead.
You'll Get To…
- Assist with agency management and both programmatic + direct campaign execution, targeting users across formats to achieve brand awareness goals
- Implement campaign strategies, creative refreshes, and tests
- Support the Brand Investment team by overseeing budget management and updating performance trackers
- Help manage relationships with our media partners globally
- Build branded content and 360° activations to lead brand equity and deeper storytelling in our international markets
- Work on cross-functional projects within media and other Squarespace department teams
Who We're Looking For...
- 1-2 years of experience as an assistant or media planner, brand campaign and international experience.
- Knowledge of the brand media landscape across digital channels i.e. OTT/CTV, Digital Video, Audio.
- Experience across video and audio campaigns
- Proficiency with a primary self-service buying platform
- Custom/Branded content execution & project management experience
- Experience balancing multiple ongoing campaigns with sharp eye for detail
- Deep understanding of brand KPIs
- Comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and building reports
- Experience growing relationships with direct media partners and agencies, negotiating rates, and managing IOs.

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 - $113,850 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
