We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, engaging with customers, and creating a positive brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Brand Representation: Represent Native Sun at various events, in-store pop-ups, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Customer Engagement is the primary focus of this position. Including interacting with potential customers, answering queries, and providing information about our products in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Social Media Presence: Utilize social media platforms to share content, engage with our online community, and promote the brand.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, customers, and industry professionals to enhance brand awareness.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events or promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand market trends and continuously improve our products and services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to promotional activities in the cannabis industry.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and other teams to align brand messaging and achieve overall company objectives.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the brand, adhering to our values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Social media savvy with a strong online presence.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s license.
