Job Title: Branch Operations Associate
Summary: The Branch Operations Associate provides support to the Branch Leader with the day-to-day store operations including sales growth, safety, customer service and inventory control. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete all warehouse activities such as, receiving, storing, picking, shipping materials and inventory control.
· Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, and/or pallet jack.
· Inspect cylinders for defects/test date issues to ensure compliance with government/company policies.
· Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of all full and empty cylinders and hard goods.
· Ownership of the entire customer experience. This includes appropriate product selection and accurate order entry and maintenance
Perform research and attend manufacturer-based training to understand the specifications, features, and benefits of our product offering.
· Understand, agree, and commit to the safety guidelines and behaviors set forth through our organization and comply with all process standards including wearing personal protective equipment when required
· Cleans and maintains company vehicles on a regular basis and when necessary.
· Occasionally make deliveries while following all vehicle state laws and driving in a safe manner
· Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods.
· Ensure material is secured properly and compliant with safety requirements.
· Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection of vehicle (if applicable)
· Manage bills of lading
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Frequently required to stand.

- Occasionally operate equipment.
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items 50lbs unassisted and above 50 pounds with assistance.
- Occasionally work in high, precarious places.
- Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.
- Continually exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Frequently exposed to very loud noises (example: Tanks banging to the floor).
- Frequently use specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles such as Forklifts, pallet jacks and motor vehicles.
