The Hunter Super Tech’s Branch Manager is responsible for the ultimate success of the Oklahoma City Branch, its employees, and the families it supports. Ensure branch objectives are met and/or exceeded including financial, sales, team, efficiency, and reputation in the community. Provide leadership for the production team including managers, supervisors, leads and technicians. This includes morale, support, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Current service lines include HVAC and Plumbing. Success will require this individual to be a self-motivated individual that is a team player with a positive attitude.
Starting Pay Range: $80,000 Plus Monthly Incentive

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the table to build something special without the normal personal financial risk associated with developing a business and a great support system of an already developed business in other markets.
Provide overall leadership to entire team of leaders, technicians, and support staff
Ensure budget objectives are met from revenue to net profit (EBITDA).
Monitor staff performance to ensure that daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals are achieved.

The Branch Manager is actively involved in the local service community, industry organizations, and charity organizations and face-to-face networking with technical schools, community colleges, and local union leadership.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
P&L Management Experience with successful track record preferred
