As an AVP Branch Manager I, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and administering the operational efforts of their Branch in support of TFCU's strategic plan
- Ensuring their team stays within compliance of all established policies and procedures
- Overseeing the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members and fosters a sales-oriented culture
- Ensuring that members are promptly and professionally served in a manner that enhances TFCU's reputation
- Identifying and hiring top talent, developing each member of their team to their fullest potential, setting a clear direction for the branch, while creating long term relationships within their branches community
Salary Range:
The salary range starts at $113,690.65; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Requires five years' financial institution experience in a role with similar responsibility and four additional years supervisory experience.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for on year of education.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as an AVP Branch Manager I, you must possess these qualifications:
- Knowledge of TFCU lending policies and procedures
- Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services
- Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards
- Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B and Reg. Z
- Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects and member-related concerns and discrepancies
