Position Summary
Under general direction of the Bank's BSA/AML Officer, the Branch Banking Quality Review Analyst is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational functions within retail Branch Banking including new account review, fraud monitoring/mitigation, procedural updates, certifications, client service support and a variety of other critical daily operational functions.
Essential Duties

• Process a variety of ongoing periodic reconciliations and certifications for the branch and other reporting to ensure operational compliance.
• Provide secondary review of new accounts opened by retail branch.
• Conduct timely review of various processes including mobile deposits and branch-initiated overrides (Ensenta, balancing, QA requests).
• Assist with BSA/AML monitoring on high-risk accounts including CTR filings.
• Perform a variety of other deposit-related regulatory compliance monitoring functions to include Regulation E, Regulation GG, Regulation J and ACH rules.
• Work with Client Experience management to maintain and update branch procedures and processes, write and conduct branch training/certifications, and prepare reports and documents for audit reviews.
• Conduct branch quarterly surprise cash/key audits.
• Other duties as assigned including document review for business, decedent and trust accounts, and IRA support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, and/or three to five years experience working in a banking environment, or compliance or quality assurance role.
• Ability to proactively identify and execute on process improvements.
• Agility and ability to demonstrate big-picture thinking in a fast paced & ever-changing environment.
• An eye for risk mitigation and fraud detection.

Salary Description
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
