Summary:
Serves as the primary supervisor of the branch offices within the Bank. Responsible for providing leadership to branch managers and ensuring that the highest quality of customer service is provided at all of the branch offices. Provides administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, Bank policies and procedures. Assumes responsibility in coordinating the work of the branches and various departments and ensures that the systems within the branches are uniform. Assists in planning and implementing branch office training programs and establishing branch office objectives and annual goals.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field; or five to seven years of progressively related experience.
- Six to eight years of business experience with at least five years relevant in a bank management capacity to gain full knowledge of multiple branch administration operations.
- Must be competent and knowledgeable in branch operation policies and procedures and possess supervisory and leadership qualities.
- Must be highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of leadership by example.
- Must possess attributes to handle difficult, sensitive human relations and/or business issues. Ability to handle high level of administrative pressure.
- Must possess the ability to coordinate various department operations with the branches to ensure uniform operational procedures.
- Must be committed to visiting branch offices regularly or as needed.
- Must possess the ability to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
