Box Office Representative

Idaho Shakespeare Festival is seeking applicants for the position of Box Office Representative. The Box Office Representative reports to the Box Office Manager and primary duty involves processing ticket orders for Festival patrons. Additional duties include working the ticket windows during general business hours, answering patron inquiries, and other tasks related to Box Office operations. Excellent customer service, data entry, and communication skills are essential. Experience with a ticketing system, particularly Tessitura, preferred.

Starting pay is $16.25/hr with shifts typically 3 - 8 hours in length (depending on scheduling needs). Additional benefits include two complimentary tickets to each of our mainstage productions as well as access to other annual company member discounts (as yet to be determined).

Applicants should be local to the Boise, ID area, over the age of 16 at the time of employment, and have access to reliable transportation to and from the theater.
