Who We Are: Voted Best Place for Country Music & Line Dancing in Orange County, THE RANCH Saloon features live country music on a 40-foot concert stage with a state-of-the-art Meyer sound system. Guests can learn the two-step, west coast swing, and line dancing from top country dance instructors, and enjoy a menu that includes the famous 58oz. Cowboy Ribeye and an exclusive selection of whiskey and local craft brews.

THE RANCH Saloon is looking for Box Office Hosts that are upbeat and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate can work quickly and efficiently, can communicate clearly with our guests and Saloon staff, and has prior experience working in hospitality or a restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival.
• Take and manage guest reservations by phone using OpenTable.
• Clearly communicate all reservations guidelines and food and beverage minimums to guests.
• Confirmation calls for all reservations.
• Manage seating chart.
• Constant communication with Saloon Coordinator, Saloon Manager, and Security to ensure smooth operations.
• Take accurate payment for cover charge for all guests entering the Saloon.
• Ensure the Box Office is equipped with all necessities for the evening.
• Clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with CDC guidelines.
• Assist Saloon Coordinator and Manager with additional front of house assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service
• Patience and clear communication. THE RANCH Saloon is a unique establishment that most guests have not experienced, and you must be able to communicate in a detailed and respectful manner!
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to learn systems to maintain orderly reservations.
• High energy with the ability to multitask successfully.
• Availability to consistently work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights including some holidays.
• Possible additional hours available for Special Events.
