This posting is for Westbrook Lanes Family Bowling Center. We are looking for a qualified person to help run our counter during league nights, day times and weekends.
Responsibilities may include most of the below with room to grow or shift:
- Operational Management of day to day tasks
- Address customer complaints with a level patience and professionalism
- League Management and coordination
- Bowling League Secretary (online management of leagues rosters, standings, scores, averages, etc) (not required but nice to know)
- Basic understanding of entire business from the snack bar and bar to the pinsetters and lane machines
- Running Tournaments, Fundraisers, Parties and other Events if interested
Desired skills:
- Positive, customer focused attitude
- Bowling/league/tournament knowledge
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience
- Ability to stay organized and handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails...etc
- Someone that enjoys learning new things and developing in new areas
- Someone that doesn't need to be micromanaged and who can be trusted to run operations independently

Westbrook has been around since 1966. We are a small family owned business that treats our team like family. We some highly tenured employees that have been with us 20+ years. We are a pillar in the community and enjoy sponsoring local teams and events everywhere. We are in direct competition with the larger corporate Bowling Centers, but we pride ourselves on our service and our value. While we are a family run center, we want our operations to be flawless. We have high standards for ourselves. When people leave our place, they may leave empty handed, but they leave with a memory and a feeling. We want both of those to be positive.
