Inspyre Boutique is a locally owned and operated women's boutique with five locations throughout the Denver area.
We are looking for a passionate, goal focused team members at all of our locations to really solidify our existing staff.
An excellent candidate is a self starter who loves people and engaging with others! We absolutely love teaching more about fashion and styling, but a love for getting to know new people is a must!
Main Job Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize needs of customers
Greet every customer as they walk in with a positive and warm welcome.
Suggest, Sell and Style Customers
Make relationships and add customers to your personal clientele log.
Be kind, appropriate, upbeat, and positive
Keep Back Stock completely organized and in order every day during downtime
Clear out fitting rooms as soon as customers are finished
Muti-task while still making customers the priority
Complete opening and closing procedures as applicable
Update face out racks, tables, and window mannequins as needed
Keep all items folded nicely and in size order.
Ensure complete size runs are represented
Participate in Styling Thread on Store Phone
Be knowledgeable of vendors and items the store carries
Keep entire store, shelves, stoppers, and floor clean
Availability and Scheduling
o Must be available to work during busy business times (weekend availability preferred)
o Be on time to scheduled shift and record all time accurately
o Send in availability and requests off within the time period requested

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
