is currently seeking experienced and professional Bouncers to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons. If you have a experience in security and possess excellent conflict management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons

Enforce age restrictions by verifying IDs thoroughly

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and de-escalate situations calmly

Respond to disruptive behavior in a calm and professional manner to enforce house rules.

Conduct bag checks if necessary. Wand people if necessary.

Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential disturbances
Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to maintain a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in security or bouncer roles preferred

Serve safe or STAR certified a plus

Must be reliable and available most weekends.

Excellent customer service skills with a firm but polite demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify fake IDS

Physically fit and able to handle demanding situations
