Job Title: Part-Time Weekend Manager - Indoor Playground

Bounce N Play Pearland is an exciting indoor playground filled with soft play for babies and toddlers, multi-story playground equipment, a jumping pillow and more!

Pay and Availability:

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with an opportunity for pay increase evaluation after 90 days of employment. We are looking for a manager that can work 15-20 hours per week. Due to business needs the manager will need to work every weekend. Shifts would be Saturday from 8:30am-6pm, Sunday 11:30-6pm and one weekday night for training and cleaning every 1-2 weeks.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Part-Time Weekend Manager to join our team at Bounce N Play Seabrook. As the Weekend Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating staff, ensuring safety, coaching team members, managing breaks, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations during weekends, including opening and closing procedures.

Staff Coordination:

• Schedule and assign tasks to staff members during weekend shifts.
• Ensure that staff members are aware of their responsibilities and are adequately trained.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of all visitors.
• Address and resolve safety concerns promptly.

Coaching and Training:

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff members.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement as needed.
• Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.

Break Management:

• Coordinate breaks for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor break schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a balance between productivity and staff well-being.

Operational Standards:

• Ensure that all operational standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the indoor playground.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Address any maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
