Summary:
The Project Manager’s job is to execute projects from conception to completion, interfacing with construction and engineering professionals and the customer and ensuring project meets or exceeds safety, quality, and financial objectives. The Project Manager is BCOMM Constructor's project representative and works under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process from allocating internal resources to hiring contractors to working with engineers and vendors. The job includes both hands-on and administrative duties.
Essential Functions:
Including but not limited to the following:
- Track Small Cell Projects from RTC to Passed Final Inspection
- Works closely with PM, Supervisors, Crews and Subs to be able to assist where necessary
- Secures CX Docs (Verizon Fuze), permits including EP and FC tags
- Coordinate relevant project info to clients and team
- Assist in Milestone Tracking
- COP submission – Reviewing and ensuring completeness of COP requirements such as photos, Sweep/PIM test, Redlined CD and etc.
- Verizon NTX/STX – New build / Swap Projects
- ExteNet - New build / Swap Projects
- Crown – Swap Projects
- Manage Client Tools
- Verizon Fuze – VZW CX Docs, VZW Tracker and PO Request entry / input and upload of all required Project information assigned by Verizon
- Ryder – For VZW Equipment Return
- ExteNet Site Tracker – COP Checklist
- Samsung One Vision/SPMS – CX docs download, PO Request entry / input and upload of all required Project information assigned by Samsung
- Equipment
- Manage VZW RF equipment/inventory
- may include loading of ENV Files for 5G Swap/SNAP.
- Completes DCF Forms (Verizon Wireless Inventory Report)
- Equipment Return to VZW Warehouse
- Fills out / Submit Equipment Return Form for approval and setting up of pick up through Ryder Tool
Skills:
- Understands “technical concepts” and knowledgeable in small cell design, site types, equipment and documentation (4G/LTE/5G)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and etc.)
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Easy to adapt in any kind of changes
