DUTIES
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports working with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and assist with payroll processing
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and 10 key typing skills
- Provide technical accounting support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus
