Qualifications for a successful Bookkeeper
- Strong computer skills - Quick Books, Excel, General Ledger Accounting knowledge.
- Experience with client interaction
- Strong aptitude for figures
- Hardworking, honest, and loyal
- Desire to work as a Team Member to build a firm
- Driven with a proven ability to produce results
- Technologically Savvy
- Good listening skills, Fast learner, Able to learn new things
- Two-year Degree or more, or equivalent experience
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Daily Reconciliations of Accounts
- Payroll Entry
- Accounts Payable Management
- Accounts Receivables Management
- Compensation: Hourly or salary, plus incentive including flexible hours, and work environment.
- deal with questions on the phone, by email and on social media.
- greet visitors at reception.
- Create/maintain reports as assigned
- Maintain Schedules and records of Executive and departments
- type letters, reports and other business documents.
- update computer records.
- print and photocopy items.
- order office supplies.
- set up meetings and take notes during them.
- make travel arrangements for staff.
