Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Admin Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Non-compensation time: Personal time off and holidays
IT Skills are required and as in Exhibit A
- Quick Books -thorough knowledge of all aspects of Quickbooks/intuit
- Word- General correspondence typing
- Excel-Basic spreadsheet functions
- Microsoft Office, Outlook and associated programs
- Security NEWARE Access control.
Basic Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the company's business office in a professional manner.
1-Greet customers on the phone and in person to determine and handle their needs which may include,
- handling applications and all associated work
- Assist owners in managing real estate properties.
- Dress appropriately to make a professional image.
- Working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
2-General office responsibilities; including receiving, sorting filing, and coding mail accurately and timely.
Perform routine errands as requested
3-Manage and supervise the facilities assistant presently
4-This is a one-person operation and we expect you to wear many hats.
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years experience
- Facility Manager/Administrative assistant to simi-retired owners
- Must have excellent QuickBooks Skills, and excellent accounting skills including A/P, A/R, G/L, Sales Tax Returns, Month and procedures. This is a full-charge bookkeeping position.
- Preparation of year-end tax data for accountant.
- Must be a self-starter and work unsupervised from a few days to a few weeks.
- The highest degree of integrity, honesty, and a good work ethic as handling personal finance records and preparing all accounting records and input for month-end review of wrap-up by the accountant.
- Direct the activities of the facility assistant in all yard and maintenance items.
