Bookkeeper

Duties:

- Handle accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and revise monthly invoices for attorneys
- Submit electronic billing to insurance companies
- Process payments from firm clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's office manager

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Organizational skills and ability to work under stress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple compuuter systems/programs
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with the firm's clients
- Experience with electronic billing preferred but not required

Pay: Up to $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
