We are looking to an Accounting Clerk to assist with day to day accounting functions. This includes making payments for new purchases, recording transactions in Quickbooks Online, and assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The success of this position has a direct impact on company culture & growth. As a growing small business, it is important for each team member to be goal oriented and aligned with company values.
- Assist with the day to day accounting functions including processing payments, AP & AR functions, and posting entries in QuickBooks online
- Ensure accounting data flows to internal operating system
- Exhibit strong communication skills to connect with our team
- Support office related work needs in a friendly and adaptable manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
