Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with account reconciliation, payroll processing, and governmental and corporate accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks is required.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Sage and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with payroll processing and governmental accounting regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
