```Duties```
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate with operations team
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist with financial report writing and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in corporate accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in using Quick Books desktop
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
