Boiler SystemsTechnician Responsibilities :
- on-site installations (boiler controls)
- on-site troubleshooting controller boxes
- internet configuration (all boilers are connected to the internet)
- product support
- customer relations
Boiler System Technician Qualifications :
- Electrical, HVAC, low voltage or plumbing experience/training
- the desire to learn and develop a deep knowledge of Building Automation Systems using advanced products of a major automation system manufacturer
- the desire for continued career development, product knowledge, varied industry experience
- good communication and customer relationship skills
- ability to use hand tools and power tools
- the ability to work on a team under the direction of senior engineers and managers
- a valid and clean NYS driver's license to drive company vehicles
- OSHA 30 or 40 training a plus
- experience with boiler maintenance a plus, not required
New job specific skills will be taught with on-the-job experience.
The customers we support include large and small commercial facilities, hotels, hospitals, multi-family residential, schools and many others. Work is primarily in the NY City Metropolitan area and we are actively developing customers in other cities.

Boiler System TechnicianPhysical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
Salary Range between $16 - $20/hour
