Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials
- Assist with departmental budget tracking and expense reporting (this can be taught)
- Communicate with including suppliers and customers
- Assist with project coordination and tracking of deliverables
- Maintain departmental records and databases
Skills:
- REQUIRED EXCEL PROFICIENCY
- PARTS EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a PLUS
- Customer Service Experience required
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Boilers or HVAC parts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
