The Region is a small, award winning casual burger joint in Roscoe Village. We are looking to add to our small, tight-knit team.
Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with a small crew is essential. Requirements are as follows:
- Serve Safe Management certified
- 2+ years experience in a busy kitchen
- A contagious positive attitude
- Previous supervisory references must be provided and will be contacted
- The ability to pass a background check
- A naturally calm demeanor and the ability to stay cool and collected under pressure during rush times
Responsibilities include:
-Running the grill and kitchen to maintain proper flow and customer satisfaction
-Arrive on time for assigned shifts dressed and ready to work
-Attend weekly one on one meetings with owner to assess overall staff performance, address opportunities for improvement and design and execute a plan for continued growth
This is a part time position that requires evening and weekend availability. The Sunday closing shift is mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
