Body Shop Receptionist Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Body Shop Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Body Shop, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The Body Shop Receptionist will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage paperwork, and assist with customer inquiries and concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Greet customers in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the Body Shop. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with the service team. Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and service history. Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about services offered, pricing, and timelines. Process payments for services rendered and handle cash transactions. Manage paperwork related to insurance claims, including documentation and communication with insurance providers. Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient workflow. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in an automotive setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and database software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Valid drivers license is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
