Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and bubble tea - Prepare and serve fried food such as mochi donuts and hot dogs
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and trends in the food industry

Pay: $15.69 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
