The Boat House of Three Lakes is looking for an addition to the team to make us shine. This position is integral to the success of our team and our company image. The hired individual will make our boats shimmer and shine. • Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail boats that were collision damaged, as well as old and new boats.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license
• Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and tractor.

Salary: From $15-$17 per hour

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Automotive/Marine detailing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
