Boat Mate / Crew

Overview:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our party boat. If you have a passion for being on the water and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and high energy environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Helping dock, anchor, raft, beach up the boat. All training provided.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization boat and restrooms
- Assist with stocking coolers and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

Prior boating or crew experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive on water experience for customers. Must be outgoing and willing to talk with groups of 10 or more.

-Strong swimmer - lifeguard background preferred but not necessary.

-Able to lift objects over 60lbs.

-First Aid CPR - We provide training and certification.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
