Requirements:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree or higher
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (1+ years)
- Willing to wok full-time employment M-F 8 AM and 6 PM?
- MUST complete a phone interview within 48 hours of applying
- Conducting detailed behavioral assessments and analyses
- Designing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs
- Adhering to the stringent professional and ethical benchmarks set by the BACB
- Supervising and guiding team members, ensuring they deliver the highest standards
- Collaborating effectively with a diverse group, ensuring interventions remain consistent across settings
- Quick interview process (15 min phone call, video call, offer)

- $80k to $100k includes a base salary based on experience and bi-weekly tiered bonuses
