REQUIREMENTS:
- BCBA OR BCBA-D
- Demonstrated experience in ABA
- Demonstrated experience in parent training
- Documented experience in VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Tech savvy: Excel, Word, OneDrive, Aloha
- Work Independently; Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a Reliable car, Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Car Insurance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise BTS, RBT’s; conduct evaluations/performance plans
- Participate in leading the Social Skills Groups
- Parent training, and (optional) Group Parent Training
- Develop training, provide training
- Collaborate with team members
- Train (Registered) Behavior Technicians
- Conduct FBA's (EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports
- Participate in weekly Supervision Meetings
- Write weekly Program Supervisor evaluation reports
- Manage Correspondence with Clients, Program Supervisors, Clinical Directors, others

Pay: $76,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
