Responsibilities ar soccer related the BCBA will write soccer ABA program adapted to socccer:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies at home.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and assessments used in behavioral health settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
