In this role you will:
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, writing and implementing behavior plans, data collection, and training / supervising behavior technicians, and conducting parent training.
Develop innovative programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written, with clients, families, and colleagues
Attend meetings for collaboration between clinicians and the operations team
We are looking for people who:
Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state license
Hold a Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
1 + years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
Have reliable means of transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
Have the ability to stand and stay on their feet for prolonged periods of time and bend, kneel, crouch, and lift weight of up to 50 pounds
Have successful background clearance, driving record check, and reference checks
