Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our school's team on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our educational staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with diverse needs.
Job Description:
- This is a part-time position with 25 hours weekly.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement effective behavior strategies and interventions in a school setting.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, making adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise.
- Conduct behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
Job Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Must hold National BCBA Certification.
- Experience working in a school setting with students who have diverse behavioral needs.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent munication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
