What would this role do?
As a BCBA at 360 Behavioral Health, you will be critical in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored ABA programs.
- Train and supervise ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity and client progress.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to provide well-rounded support and care.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
Must Haves
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred or BCBA in training with a minimum of 2 year's experience providing ABA services.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Child Development, Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Studies, Special Education, or related field.
- Master of Arts or Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education.
- 1+ Years Experience as a Program Coordinator or similar role strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
- Must have a GED and pass DOJ and FBI background checks to comply with our security policies.
