Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Charleston, SC

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Charleston, SC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based behavior interventions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Description:

• Full time, Monday - Friday
• K-12 Caseload
• More details upon interview

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct behavior intervention services to clients
• Design and implement individualized behavior programs that focus on increasing positive behaviors and reducing problem behaviors
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals
