Job Summary:
BCBA’s will be responsible for providing direct support and supervision of a client caseload. BCBA’s will work with children aged 3-21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. BCBA’s will be responsible for completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), behavioral and skill assessments, insurance authorization requests, parent training, monitoring client progress, and supervision of behavior technicians.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete individual treatment plans and behavior plans
- Direct implementation and supervision of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans in the client’s home
- Implement, monitor, and analyze parent training goals and progress
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and RBT’s
- Collect, graph, and analyze data
- Complete behavioral and skill assessments as needed and per insurance provider guidelines
- Write and submit clinical session notes in an objective and timely manner
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, care givers, and supervisors
- Participate in company and departmental trainings and meetings
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain HIPAA compliance standards at all time
