Job Description
Friendly Connections Board Certified Behavior Analyst works on a part-time basis to assess behavioral patients and help to create and implement a game plan for Direct Support workers. This can be in person or via Zoom; although, some in person is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments
Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits
Assume overall direction of Direct Support Professionals working in the home with the client.
Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
Strong leadership and management capabilities.
Requirements:
Master's degree in ABA, or in psychology or education with a specialization or focus in applied behavior analysis
BCBA® Certification
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
