Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement ABA programs.
- Develop and adjust programs to meet evolving needs.
- Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians.
- Assist in meeting productivity goals and staff development.
- Produce progress reports and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related program with ABA concentration.
- Active BCBA Certification required.
- 1 year of Clinical Supervision experience preferred.
- Experience in Pediatrics is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
