Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Rocklin, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of settings including in-home, clinic-based, and telehealth services within a small service area

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral therapy to children with autism
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism or related disorders
- Strong background in special education and behavioral health
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Knowledge of various behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of all ages, including children, families, and other professionals
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation

Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check

- Proof immunization: MMR, Varicella, Pertussis , HEP B, COVID

- TB clearance (cleared within 90 days of start date)

- Pass pre-employment physical
