A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA:
As a full- or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you start your day by reviewing client assessments and diving into developing tailored treatment plans. With your expertise, you guide our team in implementing effective ABA therapy services, all while building strong relationships with families. Throughout the day, you provide invaluable mentorship and supervision to ensure top-notch clinical outcomes. Your keen analytical skills come into play as you collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting interventions as needed. By day's end, you've made a tangible impact on the lives of those you serve, leaving you fulfilled and motivated for tomorrow's challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current BCBA certification
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
- Ability to write complex behavior support plans
- Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
- Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
