We are currently seeking passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home Clinical Supervision of ABA therapy services.

Key Functions:
- Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs
- Supervise and mentor treatment teams to implement ABA treatment plans effectively
- Consult with parents and other professionals, teaching essential ABA techniques and strategies
- Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports for each client's funding source
- Attend IEP, IFSP, and related meetings as needed
- Develop specialized training programs based on interest
- Perform ongoing performance evaluations for staff members
- Train and manage behavior technicians
- Execute other job duties as assigned
