We are currently seeking passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home Clinical Supervision of ABA therapy services.

Key Functions:

• Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs
• Supervise and mentor treatment teams to implement ABA treatment plans effectively
• Consult with parents and other professionals, teaching essential ABA techniques and strategies
• Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports for each client's funding source
• Attend IEP, IFSP, and related meetings as needed
• Develop specialized training programs based on interest
• Perform ongoing performance evaluations for staff members
• Train and manage behavior technicians
• Execute other job duties as assigned
