Job Description:

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Drive Attendant. As a Drive Attendant, you will be an essential part of our 5-time Center of Excellence winning team, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our esteemed clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to our luxury dealership Service Drive with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the service area, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Safely Park and retrieve vehicles from all service areas, paying meticulous attention to detail to prevent any damage.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles for any visible damage or concerns, promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the Service Drive area, ensuring it reflects the luxury experience our customers expect.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with additional tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a luxury automotive dealership or high-end customer service environment is highly desirable but not required.
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with high-profile customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor to represent our luxury dealership's brand image.
