We are looking for an Accountant to join our Business Management and Family Office group within the Advisory Department. As an Accountant you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
* Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients
* Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
* Prepare Bank reconciliations
* Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports
* Pay client bills
* Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding
* Update performance registers
* Resolve vendor issues
* Update billing worksheets
* Process medical claims
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
* Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
* Strong attention to detail
* Multi-tasker
* Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Agilink, Datafaction a plus
