Kinpak Inc’s primary business is manufacturing products for the marine industry. After becoming the number one marine supplier in the world, we have branched out into the automotive, rv, powersports, and consumer chemical markets. We are a growing company with top-notch employees, and we are looking to add to our team. We currently have a need for a talented self-starters to join our team as a Blow Mold Technician. We are a 24/5 facility which operates on 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform all machine changeovers and set-ups as instructed by Manager.
• Perform all downstream changeovers and set-ups as instructed by Manager.
• Install all new tooling and downstream equipment in accordance with established set-up procedures.
• Required to start machines and ensure that all components are operating correctly and ensure that safety guards/features have not been bypassed.
• Perform duties as a shift Supervisor to ensure that production meets quality standards and specification per established specification sheets and workbooks.
• Ensure that all tooling has been properly cleaned and stored before and after use per operating standards.
• Report to Manager any area of concern; damaged tooling, safety infractions, machine malfunctions, etc... that would require management's involvement/attention.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior plastics experience required
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Basic reading skills to read and understand work instructions in English
• Basic math skills
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Must have tools in order to perform all functions of the position – minimum list of tools will be provided by plant management
• This is a Supervisor position supervisory skills needed
