```Duties:```
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Call patients to check on their Blood Pressure and report accordingly.
- Onboard and explain the Blood Pressure Monitoring Program to patients.
```Qualifications:```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze patient needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Medical Assistant Certification is highly preferred.
