Form of workLead over the Blood Bank section of the lab. Responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate performance of all work within the Blood Bank. Collaborates with Laboratory Medical Director on Procedures.
This position will be responsible for performing moderate to high complexity, specialized clinical laboratory tests; using manual or automated techniques to obtain data or use in the diagnosis of disease/condition. Responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Preventative Maintenance, Maintenance of supplies and patient testing within Blood Bank area of supervision. Competent with all age groups.
